You will receive a reply shortly after we examine your request.
Policies
Subject to availability a payment request will be sent to you once we have received your reservation request. A deposit of 30% of your stay total is required to gaurantee your reservation. Deposit must be made within four calendar days of the receipt of the reservation form, or availability can not be gauranteed.
14:00 until 23:00 – If you arrive early and your apartment is vacant and ready you may occupy it, if not we will gladly store your luggage until such time that it is ready. Payment in full, along with a government-issued ID, must be received in order for you to check-in .

Crib/cots and high chairs for children up to 2 years old are available at no extra cost upon request
Payment in full, along with a government-issued ID, must be received upon your arrival. We accept cash, bank deposits, and Western Union.
Cancellation requests will only be accepted by email to aldebaranstudios@gmail.com Cancellation requests received 14 days or more from your scheduled arrival date will be fully refunded minus any banking/money transfer costs. Cancellation requests received less than 14 days will receive no refund. 'Non-shows' your deposit is forfeit and will not be refunded
If for any reason your departure is earlier than planned, you will NOT receive a refund.
Your accommodations are cleaned and stocked with fresh linens and towels prior to your arrival. Daily cleaning is provided for all apartments. Linens are changed every three days, and towels every second day, unless you request otherwise.
Pets are accepted at no extra cost, subject to prior approval Smoking is striclty prohibited in all of our apartments. Smoking on the balconies is allowed.
